1. All new clients qualify for the I Spy Guarantee.  Each client can receive a customised guarantee wtih their contract based on an agreed set of KPI'S.
2. The guarantee is based on the understanding that each client implements the agreed strategy and recommendations proposed by I Spy.
3. Seasonality will need to be factored into each agreement.
