The Candidate

We are looking for an experienced web analytics and conversion consultant to join our growing Analytics and Conversion division. The candidate will have strong experience in web analytics working either client or agency side and have experience working across both analytics set up, configuration and usability conversion testing, particularly for Google Analytics.

The candidate will ideally have an understanding of web design/HTML/javascript and be able to communicate with developers. The candidate could also possibly come from a statistics background with strong analytical and mathematics skills. Whilst being knowledgeable in web analytics the candidate must also possess good communications skills. Key job roles

Aiding clients in the implementation and configuration of web analytics packages (particularly Google Analytics – Omniture experience is bonus)
Helping clients to gain better understanding out of their web analytics in order to make business impacting decisions
Training clients on site analytics set up, reporting and analysis/decision making
Devising, implementing and running conversion tests on clients sites to improve usability and conversion rates
Providing analysis and assisting the sales team in new business pitches
Managing and building long term relationships with clients

Required skills/knowledge

Strong statistical data analysis, numerical, research and organizational skills
Experience in a range of web analytics tools particularly Google Analytics and/or Omniture
Experience in creating and running conversion tests – particularly with tools such as Google Website Optimiser
Technical, web development or programming experience preferable but not essential
Understanding of HTML and javascript
Understanding of online marketing
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to achieve results for clients
