The Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced display professional to join our growing Ad Control division. The candidate will have experience of working either client or agency side and have experience working across multiple digital disciplines including display media planning, social media advertising and performance media.
You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also have excellent organisational, reporting, and financial management skills. You will need to be commercially aware and be confident in presenting regular status reports to your line manager and clients.

The successful applicant must:
- Have a broad digital outlook and be able to take existing and new clients in to all appropriate digital areas that benefit their business goals
- Deliver outstanding results for all clients within set KPIs
- Provide account management of the highest level for business-critical clients. Driving strategy, communication and proactive optimisation
- Build long-term, profitable relationships with all clients, developing their accounts in line with objectives
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers in the media owner space
- Cross-sell other I Spy services to clients where appropriate, ensuring these are integrated with Ad control activity
- Contribute to and attend new business meetings
- Act as a ‘team player’ within the Ad Control team and wider organisation
- Demonstrate clear buy-in to I Spy values and business plan
Required Skillset:
- Working knowledge of performance centric media and broader digital marketing
- Network and exchange space experience
- Strong B2C experience
- Strong analysis, numerical, research, planning and organizational skills
- Good communicator. Comfortable dealing with clients and suppliers
- Results focused. A desire to achieve high standards for yourself and your clients
- Ambition. The desire to grow within a great team and develop your career and the agency

Salary Range: £ (dependent on experience) + bonus (dependent on performance) + plus lifestyle benefits to £800 p.a + 25 days holiday (and x2 duvet days)
