Social networking has come a long way in the past decade (and beyond). In honour of Social Media Day, we asked the I Spy team: What was the first social network you joined?
Social media has created a new medium for businesses to communicate with their customers at a more personal level than ever before. But (perhaps more importantly) it’s also made the world smaller, leaving us with easier ways to communicate with friends & family across the world in real time, every day.
So if you’re out celebrating “Thursday is the new Friday”, have a drink to social media. Kelly, Tom, Alex, Aalia, John and I send a virtual cheers to that! Happy Social Media Day, everyone!
