Analytics Account Development Manager
We are looking for an Account Development Manager to take responsibility for
the complete sales lifecycle of web analytics and conversion optimisation
services.
I Spy is an award-winning digital marketing agency that delivers natural and paid search, display, social media, mobile marketing, analytics and conversion optimisation services. We are currently one of three UK re-sellers of Google Analytics Premium.
We are looking for an Account Development Manager to take responsibility for the complete sales lifecycle of web analytics and conversion optimisation services. You will be responsible for generating your own leads, managing your own workload and closing deals. You must be as comfortable in dealing with RFPs, RFIs and competitive pitches in a formal process. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in web analytics platforms and a proven track record of success in selling solutions to large companies.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for prospecting, developing and maintaining long-term profitable relationships with customers.
- Pre-sales prospecting, qualifying and developing of potential customers for web analytics and conversion services within the UK
- Initiating telephone and email contact with potential clients from outbound and inbound leads
- Carry out effective research to produce bespoke sales presentations
- Consistently meet monthly targets for qualified leads
- Attendance/presentation at trade shows and events
- Ensuring appropriate client information is entered into Siebel CRM
- Provide managers with regular update on leads, meetings and progress of sales pipeline
- Development of customer relationship post-sale focused on up and cross sell of I Spy services
Key requirements:
- Proven ability in identifying the decision makers within large organisations through cold-calling, networking and face to face meetings
- Previous experience of business development for a web analytics provider
- Good understanding of web analytics software, including configuration and reporting, preferably Omniture, Coremetrics, Webtrends or Google Analytics
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience of producing and delivering outstanding presentations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of ambition, drive and tenacity
