The candidate

We are looking for an experienced technical Account Manager to join our growing natural search division.  The candidate will have at least 2 years SEO experience working either client or agency side and have experience working across the full spectrum of core natural search techniques.   The candidate will ideally come from programming background with excellent IT skills.  Whilst being strong technically the candidate must also possess good communications skills.  Career development is extremely important to us and the successful candidate will have fantastic opportunities to move up within the company.

Key job roles

• Providing analysis and assisting the sales team in new business pitches
• Writing reports for clients and providing clear recommendations on SEO best practice
• Providing clients with advice and problem solving on SEO implementation
• Writing monthly client reports
• Managing and building long term relationships with clients

Required skills/knowledge

• Strong account management experience
• Ability to achieve results for clients
• Excellent knowledge of HTML preferred
• Strong knowledge of content management systems preferred
• Experience in a range of web analytics tools specifically Google Analytics
• Strong data analysis, numerical, research and organisational skills
• Good communicator -written English preferred
